The whole Eye Corrective process is scarey to say the least as it does not follow-up a static chain of events for every patient. When a doctor says you are a good candidate, it is not because they just want your money, it is because you fit a healthy profile predetermined by the team of experts in this field. This is how I see it. When I troubleshoot a phone problem, it is usually resolved through a change in programming and/or equipment and is a step-by-step procedure that almost allways works. With my eyes, it is not this easy to correct.

I noticed my eyesight had considerably improved enough to drive and function without correction, after the initial 3day contact/bandage wearing. Now after 1 month, an astigmatism is causing a little blur that My doctor wrote an optical prescription for.

My doctor says that we may need to do PRK again to correct the astigmatism and the slight undercorrection.

I will be honest with you all, I am scared because this is the great unknown! No programming codes to play with, no trial and error, just zap-it and wait!
I will keep you all posted, by the way, no problems with double vision, ghosting, no-blindness, just blurryness either from the healing or the undercorrection. Good luck to you all, I am still a beleiver in this process and in my doctor who has done some pretty important clients' eyes and came highly reccomended from my toddler's Opthomologist.
