Moose's Comment: The article itself has a bit too much hype given what it reports. What is very interesting is the topographies that are posted. A de-centered ablation re-treated with PRK reduced vertical coma from 0.74 to 0.07. That seems to be quite a lot. A full reporting of this re-treatment, one that includes all the technical details plus a patient report on his improvement would be very useful.
