I had Lasik Dec, 2003. My nighttime vision is garbage. It's hard for me to live with the fact this is permanent and incurable.

What is the cause of GASH? Is it the failure of the surgeon to properly plan the ablation zone?

My nightime dilated pupil is 6mm. Is this large?
Does this condition indictate negligence on the part of my eye surgeon?
