Someone sent VSRN a nasty email yesterday, accusing us of "preying" on people with complications from refractive surgery because our registration form requires "too much information." This person has NOT had surgery, therefore has no need for the rehab services we provide. The email further stated the sender's belief that the information we require for registration is somehow "sold" to third parties for profit.

Privacy policy regarding personal/registration information:

Our privacy policy is simple. Access to registration information is available only to the bulletin board administrator and the executive director and VSRN does not share personal information of any kind with anyone for any reason, except as we may be required by legal imperative to do so.
